Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

We aim to externalise issues so that we can gain a new objective perspective on our narrative. We help individuals feel more empowered to transform their thought patterns and behaviour, effectively "rewriting" their narrative and life story.
Emotionally Focussed Therapy

After our initial session, these sessions will help us work together towards your goals. We explore practical strategies to navigate life's challenges. These session aims to provide you with ongoing support, help implement positive coping strategies, and equip you with the skills to overcome obstacles.
Based on your current needs, we suggest meeting weekly, fortnightly or monthly. The frequency of sessions is agreed between the counsellor and client. It is important to maintain these sessions to see therapeutic benefits and prevent gaps in treatment
